The purpose of this forum is for people to share their experience (good, bad or indifferent) on the service they've received, so that everyone can benefit from it.
It includes any service from a bike-related shop, e.g.
- getting your bike serviced
- buying some new gear
- buying some parts
- buying a new bike
(Post experiences of dealing with insurance, tax, etc. to the Riding The Red Tape forum.)
Some points that you should cover when posting your experience are:
- Quality of workmanship (was the work carried out to a decent standard)
- Efficiency (was the work carried out in a timely manner)
- Value for money (was the work carried out for a decent price)
- Interaction (were the staff nice to deal with)
- Helpfulness (were the staff actually helpful)
- Would you go back (Yes / No / Maybe)
- Would you recommend them to other riders (Yes / No / Maybe)
Your post should be based on your own individual personal experience(s).
Your post should not be based on hearsay or generalisations.
