If you want to organise a rideout or an event in the following section please follow these simple guidelines.

In the title post first your start point, Date its on and Time of departure.
In the sub title post where exactly the meet point is.

Your title should read something like this.

Galway SMBR, 25th DEC, 11.00 departure.
Meeting/leaving from Salthill Hotel carpark.
