Okay, i thought i actually had started a thread on this one, but appears i haven't so here goes.

Right Lads,



Basically this Bike started in 2005, But Numerous house moves and, for the 7 months the Wesisuki project, Things have conspired against it and slowed down the build. The Bike was 95% Done, but with the Wesisuki 7/12, The green bike was raped and pillaged and bits were nicked off it. So its back to 80% and Ken needs it ready for August to go into a publication.

So it consists of:

Gsxr 750M Frame.
Gsxr 1000K4 Forks.
Modified 750M Petrol Tank.
Vfr 750 SSSA
Ohlins Gsxr 1000k4 Shock
Chromed Car wheel
210 rear tyre
Custom work: Rear subframe, Rearsets, Shock Mounts and Linkages, Yokes (triple clamps) Front and rear Sprockets, all made by Dave the Engineer :rock:
Custom one of exhaust system.
1998 Bandit 12 engine.
ISR 6 pot rear caliper.
ISR Front master cylinders.
Aftermarket Gsxr 1000K1 Front wheel and discs.

So up into the Cradle on Saturday and its out with the grinder to take off the chain as it was rubbing against the wall of the tyre.

Ken has made a list of what is needed, Has a little pile of bits put in the corner and its starting to get bigger day by day. Loom is all there correct and present so its gonna be take off fairly soon.

He's gonna be a busy boy. As said previous he needs to have this finished for august for a publication, Also the Wesisuki is going in An English magazine. The 7/12 Mv augusta Spondon has to have the engine removed and serviced as he has to have that ready for June for the first and maybe only Spondon Owners meeting at the Spondon factory in June.

No rest for the wicked.

Depends on how many are at the table for the first sitting of breakfast,,next time your in the way we'll make sure to have loads of eggs for you

The WesiSuki is home again after more dyno runs as the choke was sticking on it and causing problems last weekend,have a few more changes planned for it over the coming weeks so keep an eye on it's thread and we'll see what happens.....

Both brake and clutch master cylinders are I.S.R's,,but will get Wesi to throw up a few pics for you when he gets time

ya i saw yours when i was up and decied i want one for the gsxr front end for the blade but there is three types i then rembered your ones were tasty so i am staight up going to copy you ;-)

Maybe get a loan of your glasses Rick

Was having problems with oil cooler lines clearance with the fork legs,,should have that sorted over the weekend,cooler mounted with pipes coming in from the bottom now,,just have to collect new oil pipes on Sat morning,,should be ready to start it up over the coming week or so,,just brake lines then and a few odd jobs and its done....

weak responce there ken,I expect only the best insults from your good self, at least i can admitt i need glasses..

looking good though, did you try bleeding up the brakes and clutch yet? Will you keep the switch gear that on it or have you something else planned?

Nah dont need glasses just yet,,the ould shoulder and discs could do with replacement at this stage though

Didnt try bleeding clutch or brakes yet as i'm just getting the major issues sorted first between jumping around at the WesiSuki and getting bits done for it and Spondon R1 is getting bits done also,,the switchgear thats on it is only temporary to let Shanny wire it up,,have micro switches that are part of the I.S.R master cylinders that will be added at some stage running the wires through the handlebars,,i wont confuse Shanny too much this early on

kind of guessed they wouldnt be staying alright, the micro's sound nice..Im thinking of getting the ferry home to dublin with the car as i want to bring my tool box over here in the coming months, i look forward to popping in for a look at all thats been going on..

Yep,,other switchgear is far nicer,,but will have to remount kill switch to a different location,,lose the standard throttle and replace with a race throttle or something better than standard Suzuki item,,bit of head scratching but will get it sorted in time...
