Leaving Ireland was hard enough - btw please send my regards and a petrol bomb to those incompetent cnuts in Leinster House - but being a mere pedestrian in a country with clear sunny sky and 30 degrees was even more miserable. Therefore, without further due, let me introduce you to my new old bike:
She's a 1990's Suzuki DR650 RS with 33k km on the clock and I found her in my parent's garage exactly where I left her 13 years ago. It took my mechanic two weeks of hard work and 1200 yoyos of new/spare parts to bring her back to life but it was well worth it !! She's faster now then she was more then a decade ago and the two gents in the pic -aka my cousin and a good friend of mine- for my test drive brought me over the twisties of the mountains surrounding Florence.
After Pink Floyd played for their reunion concert, David Gilmore said "it was like sleeping with your ex wife"; well, I say riding my 20 years old bike was like sleeping with my first girlfriend again
