+1 BIA gets my vote, food is always good. I know a couple of people got disappointed at the last big meetup but for regular groups it is always good value, good quality, quick and plenty of seating and handy bike parking beside the river

As for handy bike parking, I don't think so. You can't see the bikes and a major flight of stairs to get to the food.
Baltinglass falls down on not been able to see the bikes but otherwise it is good. Always loads of staff and very quick service. Everything included in the price of the brekkie with free refills on the coffee

I agree - have been in Bia several times, and it's nothing to write home about (yeah, I know, so why do I keep going back!!).
I can't recommend an IBF brekkie of the year, since I didn't join ye for many brekkies - sorry!
I did enjoy an all day brekky in the new M1 service station recently...they've got specific parking area for motorbikes, although the evening I was there, all of the bikes appeared to have 4 wheels.....????!
I hope to try out a new venue in the North East when the weather improves....Smithstown Diner, between Julianstown and Drogheda on the R132. Was recently taken over by some Chinese folk who run it as a diner during the day and a take-away in the evening. Looks very basic, it's a prefab, but there is oodles of parking, including right outside the window, so no problems with out of the way bikes. I'll let ye know what the brekky's like!
(no connection to it by the way!)

Mind you I haven't been out to Summerhill in some time.
I want to get back on the road on my bike.
