have always been a fan of Watsons in Trim even when they moved to Summerhill (although new premesis bit small)
but hafta say had one brekkie in Sportslink and its only fab
as said already great brekkie service and parking

The breakfast was unusual in that we got some fried potatoes on the plate, yum, yum. The service was good and quick with no fuss whatsoever. The waitress's where beautiful which always helps the breakfast go down well and I did manage to get a couple of kisses, ha-ha that always makes my day.

So upon mature reflection, I'd have to give my vote to Sportslink. Mind you I was only there once and hope they keep this good breakfast and service up.

I also like the fact that the temporarily bikeless, or those with other commitments can come along and have the grub, catch up with a few pals, meet new folk and still be home before the row starts.
