Dragonfly (Anneka) had a cool idea, it's basically it's a photo challenge.

It's simple - this first topic, just to get the ball rolling is "river" and if you post a picture also suggest a topic for the following topic, whatever gets the highest nominations will be the next topics.

Post your photos before 9pm on Monday 7th Feb and then the new topic will kick in till the following Monday!

So good hunting, looking forward to the results

N.B. It's probably best if you just post a link to your picture (i.e. Photobucket or similar) rather than up-loading them to the forum.

Taking a while to find the shot I want which may disappear with any overnight storms... all a matter of timing I guess.
Some colour in autumn .... I've given up carrying my dslr on the bike so just using my snap and go.

Hm, bit of a twist on autumn colours.. This is Jack the horse, His coat is a liver chestnut colour (autumny colour don't ya think!!) and his coat is changing to prepare for the approaching winter coooollllddd

I could have taken plenty of photos of the effects of rain but never bothered, took this one today , the humble washing line.



Or visor view in the rain (obviously while stopped)
