Vfr800 Bars Measurements needed

Howdy,
Any VFR800 (2002 or newer) owners out there ? If so, can someone do me a favour please. I need the measurement from top to bottom of the bar unit (where the bottom meets the slab to the top of where the handlebar is) I need to compare the height towards the same on the Blackbird.

I presume it's the VTEC measurements you're looking for. If so, I'm sorry I can't help.

Once upon a time lots of members had VTECs ... reckon most have moved them on now.... only plato, Stefan left of regulars AFAIK :unsure:

You looking to put VFR bars on BBird?? Lots about it on CBRXX.com....seems like a great mod :thumbsup:

Not sure, I'm just being told that is has to be a 2002 or newer because they have the 43mm fork tubes, same as the bird.

Seen that but all that I can gather is that the VFR bars are only a 1/2" taller, going off memory, they visually looked more ?? If I keep her I'm toying with VFR bars + 28mm risers from Jaws, then I'm set for some serious mileage :vroom:

Could you take a photo from the Internet and put some dots on the points you want measured?

Here you go, mine measure approx 2 3/4" in height. I think I'm allowed 40mm extra before I have to change cables etc

Cheers Northy, looks like about 90mm from top to bottom giving about 3/4" more rise

Just fitted the risers from Jaws yesterday, visually feck all difference bar 30mm spacer but the difference in weight off my wrists is great and my back being a little straighter is lovely. Just have to take it for a long spin now and really test them.
