Hello again, I obviously posted this in the wrong forum, sorry. Trying again:

I have a Suzuki GSXR 1100 85 mod, its a hybrid with a 750 frame, Harris aluminium tank, vance & Hines exhaust, mikuni carbs and whats best; the original frame is strenghtened with some very nice welding (tig). Black and silver in colours. I am going to Dublin thursday 24. March (two days from now) and I need inspiration to continue building it. Anyone that can point me to a shop where they actually care about streetfighters and know what they talk about? Was in York a few weeks ago and the only shops I could find was all mainstream.
Things Im looking for is coloured bolt-sets to change all visible bolts, I want to check out rims (have the first astralite on frontwheel and an original Suzuki rim on the back) and new ideas in general.

Thank you in advance for any tips in the right direction to both shops and web sites.

One place you could call is Mototechnic.

The guys have a great rep and have built some custom bikes. AFAIK they won best classic bike in the rds bikeshow this year...would be no harm to call.

i have bought a few bolt kits off these in the past and find them very good to deal with pro-bolt

not in dublin but handy all the same

Hard to say mate, you need to ask some guys who are longer in this country but from my point of view you won't find too many inspirations here unfortunately. Hope somebody else will help you more... Cheers, Greg.

There are no Specific "StreetFighter" shops here Mattrix. most guys in the streetfighter scene go it alone, getting bits from the internet etc.

For engineering etc, Mototechnic looks as good a place as any.

however, i suggest you pm IBF member " Renegades"..he should be able to point you in the right direction..

as for coloured bolts ,Pro bolts on the web , if you really need coloured bolts.

Welcome on anyway, and have a look in the streetfighters section for Renegades bikes.

Throw up a few pics of your bike too!

Welcome along and nice choice of bike to Fighter

You wont find any specialist shops in Dublin catering for Streetfighters,,it's a minority here that would be into Fighters and most of the work building them is through friends and contacts...

My advice would be to head to Germany for the Fighterama show on 5th and 6th of Nov 2011,you'll find all you want here under one roof but bring plenty of €€€€€€€€ as you'll be spoilt for choice,it's an annual pilgrimage for myself and a few others and a chance to pick up parts not readily available in your normal bike shops.

Howdy and Welcome fellow fighter Renegades is spot on he opened my eyes a few years back to the parts available at Fighterama a vast and wide range of parts accesories and one off bits and parts. The engineering skills of them Germans is absolutely fantastic I was amazed at the the stuff they are doing on my first trip to fighterama I was taken back at the fighter scene over there. Even the bike shops are unbelieveable with quality parts for example a chain breaker riviter I bought from a shop here lasted 2 or three jobs the german quality one I got is still going since 2008.
