Coyotemoto Undelivered Goods

again weeks past, and Guess what !, no bobbins. For weeks after I tried e mailing and phoning but no reply. I contacted Paypal but as 40 odd days had past, they were not interested. At this stage I wondered if the company had closed down.
Last week, I used my work e mail to send them a query about bobbins for a BMW GS and surley, I got a reply stating they did not cover this model. I then asked they they do bobbins for the TDM 850. He replied yes and that I should look at their website for details. I replied to this stating who I was and asked where was my order. To this he relplied that maybe my order had not reached him as they had e mail problems with Paypal and would I send him as much detail as possible and he would sort it out. I sent in the Paypal details, order number and copies of e mails he had sent me. Shock and horror, he has again stopped responding to my mails.
Just be aware, Coyoemoto are still advertising on ebay but are not to be trusted.

I'd get back onto Paypal and Ebay themselves, at least get your money back. I've got refunds in the past from undelivered items, longer than 30 days too.
Also, I think some outfits only answer e-mails and queries sent through ebay's own message system, rather than through regular e-mail.

just a quick up date.
I have contacted Kent Trading Standards and sent them copies of e mail traffic.
I have re contacted Paypal and informed them that they are being blamed for not sending in the order ( one of many excuses)/
I have sent Coyotemoto a few e mails to let them know I am still around.
I found their Facebook page and left a few not nice but polite comments. These comments were deleted within 30mins and my access blocked.
any ideas on how to proceed, it is not about the money but it annoys me to think they feel they can ignore me and get away with it.

Have you tried the ombudsman office here and asked them for their advice and who you should contact, also the small claims court, explain that you know this is probably doesn't fall within their net but that you would welcome their expertise on how to proceed. they might be able to point you in the right direction plus if they can do anything they will

Mail them a link to your thread here, it does seem you have tried your best to resolve the issue, with no favorable result despite your best efforts.
We getting 5 million hits a month (more or less) thats a lot of negative (potential) views - it might help them realise the importance of resolving your issue.......
Also the sale of goods / services act (and distance selling (probably expired at this stage tho)) applies.......
Make sure to keep us up to date regarding your progress.
