As per title really!
Hope to do my insurance assessment next week with the guys from mondello/bike2bike.
Was talking to a nice guy Darren about it and i can fit it in any day really.
Have a fair idea of whats involved but looking for any advice/input from IBF-rs that have done it.

I lost 2 points for not wearing a Hi-Viz vest. (It comes under clothing section). Bike condition is also considered. The rest is fairly straight forward, you follow him, then he follows you. Relax and enjoy it.

lifesavers everywhere, junctions, roundabouts even everytime you move 6 inches forward when stuck in traffic in a town make sure u give a quick look over your shoulder.
your own appearance can be a big deal for some of assessors, you, your gear and your bike clean n tidy.
have your rules of the road read before you go . when you have your preparation done just ride like normal, relax and enjoy it
