was lookin on youtube at some spot and fog lights and they seem to give out some pretty good light when added to low or hi beam

id have to make up a bar to mount them on unless i find somewhere else on the bike

one lad on a triumph tiger forum got these ones ---> http://www.halfords....yId_212516#dtab and said they give good light.

so what other ones dya's have on yer bikes or in mind?

and il be changin the bulbs in headlights to Osram Night Racers

Interesting topic, I was thinking of this the other day while following a car in dark / deluge / fog.

Fully aware I didnt have a rear fog lamp for the 1st time ever I think.

what i want is the BMW style front spots but whithout the bmw price

I have 2 spot light mounted on the Deauville, they are below the plastic bumpers of each side, the light from them makes no noticeable difference to my ability to see, but they do make the profile of the bike a little different and make me a little more visible to other road users. I think.





Tazzzzzzzzzie I have a rear fog light fitted too, I don't use it very often, but on the rare occasion I do, it does give me peace of mind. I could probably fit one for you if you want to trek across the country

I have no idea, it depends on how much work is involved, what they charge for labour, and whether or not they need to make modifications to get the HID working.

I've never fitted a HID kit from scratch, but I have done some repairs on them for a couple of friends, they seem to be fairly easy to fit and might be possible to do it yourself.

ave tried on the nsr and didnt work out, wires wit no place to go??
so id say the tdr wud be an even bigger job

Thats a bit odd, were they heavy or light wires?

wires wit little connectors, the type were ya push the sides to release them
like yea wen its wired to battery it works but theres then no way to turn them on or off? no wires to go to the switch?

There should be a connector to attach to the plug from your original lights. The 3 pin one that connects to the back of the original bulb. This acts as the switch for the HID using your bikes original switch gear.

actually yea siht , im sucha fool really am
the reason it wouldnt work on the nsr was cause the nsr wasnt H4 and the tdr is

il try fit them tomoro....can't believe im so thick

have a set of lights to fit to the capo but need to source a bracket/clamp to attach them to the crash bars

anyone any ideas?
