The first time this poll was run was back in Jan 2008 - it'll be an interesting comparison.

Ive none (for now)..had two that were removed in November..got them for speeding on the bike and I later found out, after I had paid the moneys, that they were given without cause as the speed limit had changed on the road but it wasnt changed by the proper means therefore the sign was invalid and the cops were just shooting fish in a barrel totally unjustly..

A big 0 in Ireland and I have been driving here for 12 years, I was pulled over only once by a young Garda fresh from Templemoore, who needed to flex his new acclaimed power over people. He pulled me over for not using a turn signal, but gave me a warning. Having said that, the most penalty points I got in the USA and Germany, but as you know those countries are police states. touch wood I hope I keep the clean driving record in Ireland

thought i might have got a fair few when had me black & white but maybe they thought twas one of their own LOL

Correcto my bike has a build in device, that will keep me in line a lot of bikes do not have this feature.
