Hi All,
During the 1960's and Early 70's i spent most of my spare time restoring old Motorcycles.
As usual, Lovelife, Marriage, Offspring, Career etc. took over and hobbies were put on hold.

Now i am Retired, Offspring is reared and gone, i have time to spare.
I want to start restoring again so, i am on the lookout for worthwhile projects, preferably old and British ones.
I will consider almost anything and in any condition no matter how much is missing.

Thanks John, but i have been monitoring that forum for the past 6 Months.
The G3L is a Beaut alright.
I only just missed the BSA G16 on Wednesday, on same site, 1000cc V Twin 1936, was gutted.

Hi Jimi,

I've a 1966 (Silver) Bantam 175 that's just wasting away. She was all prepped for restoration then got left in a cellar

I guess you'd want something bigger but she's yours for nowt if you want her. The engines complete and the only missing

bits are bars,exhaust and silencer. Lot of work though? I had plans to make a Bantam Racer from her but there's no point

over here.

Give me a shout / PM.

I'll try and sort a few pics.

The best bit is that the original reg. was FFS .. .. !! :mellow:
