How much power do they draw ?

I'd say H3 fogs
tbh dont bother wit projector lights though, unless you use HID's

Have projector low beams in the car with 8k HID's and light is terrible

Well there's your problem - 8k Kelvin lamps will look good for stuff coming at you, but are siht for reflecting back - so you see very little. Anything above 6k Kelvin is trouble in that regard. OEM kit tends to be around 4300K for a reason
